Creative Reimbursement of Municipal Property
The beneficiaries of this Action of EPAnEK are the municipal authorities. The Action aims at the reuse and reutilization of important municipally owned buildings in order to improve the economic and social environment of the region where the building is located.
Action’s total budget 90.000.000 €
The budget for each project can be up to 2.500.000 €
The action is co-financed by Greece and the European Union – European Regional Development Fund

Submissions due date: 25/01/19, 23:59
Potential beneficiaries are required to submit an electronic application for co-financing to the State Aid Information System
Each proposal will be evaluated immediately.
